The villa is furnished to a high standard and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The property benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, free internet, a  6m x 3m private fenced swimming pool and a garden (astroturf) and terrace area that's enclosed so is great for kids.  The pool has an option to be heated, making it a good choice for those cheeky out of season getaways...

The villa is well equipped and enjoys an extremely convenient location, as the resort centre is only a few minutes walk away.

Features include free Wi-Fi, Internet enabled 52 inch TV with UK channels, DVD player, BBQ, internet, sun loungers (6), pool towels, comfortable outdoor sofa set on terrace to wind down and relax in plus a great glazed in covered terrace with ceiling fan and dining for 6 making it perfect for those yummy al fresco meals plus the bonus of easy access to the garden and pool area.  The pool has the added advantage of a pool fence, for those who prefer this.  The inside accommodation comprises of a practical downstairs bedroom, downstairs showerroom, kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space (with ceiling fan).  Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with en suite and twin bedroom and an additional family bathroom (shower room).  All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

With the fantastic location (a mere 2 minute walk from the Hotel) a stroll to the local amenities really is no great hardship...
