A fantastic sun trap (south west facing) it features an awning on the terrace to keep you shaded when required.  The great location means the Hotel and practice ground are within a 10 minute walk.

This property is well equipped with a large light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and smart TV (European and UK channels).  Patio doors leading to the terrace outside making going in and out for food and drink is easy.  The spacious fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering holidays. The master bedroom with a king size bed has patio doors to the terrace area which offers magnificent views.  The second bedroom (twin) is lovely and light and is accompanied by an excellent shower room.

Outside, the large terrace with awning overlooks the majestic lake and golf course. We cannot emphasize enough the spectacular views with amazing sunsets and sunrises (if you are an early bird).  The terrace has a table and comfortable chairs as well as an outside American style BBQ.  It all makes dining Al-Fresco, relaxing and making the most of the wonderful Murcian climate, easy...Relax and enjoy.............!

The property also benefits from lift access and use of a communal swimming pool.  Plus there are 4 portable sun loungers for using around the pool!
